  Not a bad stop if you are on the go or need a quick bite. This place isn't anything too special, but the service is quick, and everything on the menu is pretty good. Don't expect a fantastic meal, but nonetheless a good spot.

  Used to come here multiple times a week for a while, about a year and a half/two years ago. Service has seemed to gone down since then, and the shop seems understaffed so there will be some waiting time. In January 2017 alone, I came in on multiple occasions to find staff behind the counter taking care of nasty cleaning duties during the middle of customer orders - even after they put their food prep gloves on! I'm not a stickler about, for example, a piece of cheese touching the counter then going back in a sandwich; but handling cleaning chemicals and then immediately putting together a sandwich afterwards is a big no-no. I won't be coming back to this location because I think that's quite unsafe.
  
  The bagels and sandwiches taste like how they did when I first started coming in, and the facility is pretty well-kept; +2 stars. -3 stars for the quality of service, improper training/management for the sandwich makers, and potentially serving unsafe food.

  The bagels weren't good and they don't even warm them up or ask if we wanted them warmed. Plus they added way too much cream cheese. They are overpriced and the Carmel macchiato I order was disgusting and almost $5 for one smaller than what I get at Starbucks.
